One,Warranty period
All SIBOAI products are covered by a two-year warranty, calculated from the date the customer receives the product.

1. Global joint warranty service: No matter which region of the world you buy and use our products, you can enjoy the unified warranty service.
2. Overseas warehouse support:In order to enhance the efficiency of warranty, we have set up overseas warehouses in the United States, Australia, Vietnam and Denmark, which can quickly respond to your parts replacement needs and reduce waiting time.
Three,Replacement policy for parts (including batteries and spare parts)
Warranty period: products due to non-man-made quality problems caused by component damage, will provide free replacement parts service, do not charge the cost of parts and basic labour service fees.
After the warranty period: If the product is damaged after the product exceeds the warranty period, you can apply for a paid replacement service, and you need to bear the cost of the parts and the corresponding labour and logistics costs (the specific costs are based on the quoted price at the time of the actual replacement).
Four,Warranty limitations
This warranty does not cover:
1. damage caused by misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, tampering, abuse, fire, war, rebellion, civil commotion, flood, act of God or other disaster.
2. Failure of the customer to follow the operating instructions we provide for each machine.
3. Damage caused by the use of circuits or voltages not specified in the user manual.
